TQSX series Double Deck Destoner is mainly used in cereal processing plant for separating stone with a specific gravity larger than that of cereals from wheat and paddy, and can also used for separating impurities from other grains.
Product Description
The machine separates stones and heavy impurities from grains by using the difference of specific gravity of materials. Compared with the traditional screening method, the stone remover can more effectively separate stones and heavy sundries from grains. It adopts thick steel plate and solid support structure.
Features:
suction primary selection and blowing check structure. There will be some rice in the stones discharged from the primary selection screen surface, and the mixture of rice and stones will be checked on the secondary selection screen surface. The screen surface is equipped with a built-in fan for blowing, so that the stones and rice are completely separated, and the stones are concentrated and discharged from the stone discharge port.
