1. Product Description

It is a machine for removing impurities or sorting according to length by uniformly distributing recessed holes in the working surface.

Indent cylinder separator is a kind of equipment for classifying and sorting granular according to the length characteristics, such as removing the long and short impurities in seed, wheat, barley, rice, corn, etc., or carrying out classified processing.

2. Feature

The equipment has the following characteristics:

1. The working part of the Indent cylinder separator is a socket cylinder which is made of metal plate and then circularly formed;

2. If the length of material is less than the recessed holes diameter, it will fall into the recessed holes and rise to a certain height with the rotation of the drum, fall into the collection channel (also known as separation channel or V-shaped channel) due to gravity, and then be discharged by the screw conveyor;

3. The material larger than the recessed holes in the socket drum will slide backward to the end of the cylinder and be discharged by itself along the inner wall of the cylinder in a spiral path;

4. In order to adapt to different cleaning materials, the machine adopts adjustable speed drive device;

5. In order to reduce dust, a dust removal port is designed at the outlet;

6. The indent cylinder separator is closed in appearance and is composed of two rollers in parallel. Each roller is driven by its own motor and can be adjusted separately;
